  • Supervised coaching sessions 2 x week (1 session to include skill specific)
  • Introduction to cross over sessions to include track, mountain, BMX
  • Introduction to bunch riding on quiet road circuits
  • Monthly core programme
  • Ratio 1 : 5 when out on the road
  • Ratio 3 : 20 for onsite skill sessions
