  • Supervised coaching sessions 2 x week (1 sessions to include road/track and skill specific)
  • Introduction to cross over sessions to include track and road
  • Monthly Core Programme
  • Ratio 1:5 when off road
  • Ratio 2:10 for offsite trip to Redwoods
