  • Introduction to Tri/Track/Road/Mountain Bike/BMX events
  • Cross training with Swim and Run Academy
  • Spin session 1 x week
  • Monthly Core Programme
  • Supervised coaching session 2 x week
  • Ratio 1:5 when out on the road depending on ability and progress
