  • Introduction to bunch riding on quiet road circuits
  • Introduction sessions at Velodrome
  • Monthly Core Programme
  • Ratio 1:5 when out on the road
  • Ratio 3:20 for onsite skill sessions (1 coach, 2 parents/volunteers)
